6 Points for Confession about Maturity and Privacy, When Can You Have Room Keys with Your Parents?

When Can You Have Room Keys with Your Parents

Humans are social creatures who need to interact with other people, but in addition we also need space to be alone. Often we can get this space at home or more specifically in the room. Starting from crying, writing diaries , dancing, karaoke, or just watching serials without interruption, all private things can be done in a locked room without being able to be entered by just anyone. At most, our pol is told not to make noise or to be asked from outside. Ideally, that’s the case, but apparently not everyone can get this luxury privilege, lo.

Many when at home still have to share space with parents or relatives even though they are already in the adult category. Even though the more we age, often there are things that are only vented with tears. However, the door between spaces that is always open makes us have to hide it more often. Hipwee friends also have their stories related to this, here are some of their stories.

1. There are many who have the privilege to have their own room or are even supported by their parents to have privacy

There are some lucky people who are deliberately given privacy by their parents with comfortable rooms that they have owned since childhood. Various things such as reading a book to writing a diary can be done. Some of the others started to have a room when entering elementary or junior high school. Although it looks simple, this one thing is actually a luxury that not everyone can feel.

2. Having a room doesn’t necessarily give someone complete privacy, there are still people who like to walk around without knocking on the door

Even though you already have your own room to sleep, it turns out that privacy is not guaranteed. Doors that cannot be locked are still common. Not only that, sometimes people at home feel they have the right to go in and out as they please, even though we may be in a bad mood at that time.

It’s not just stupid, sometimes house people who enter the room are also happy to take our belongings because they think what’s in the house is also theirs, even though we might just love to use it Worst of all, this annoying activity ended by walking out again without wanting to close the door that had been opened again. hi!

3. Having your own room may be a dream for most people but there are also those who choose to sleep with others for various reasons

There are some people who have had the luxury of having their own room since they were young but are not able to use it properly for various reasons, ranging from fear to feeling more comfortable when sleeping with other people. However, this room will still function when there is a time when someone needs time to contemplate without being disturbed. Most have to be prepared with the question “Why are you stuck in the room alone?”

4. Leaving is a golden moment for people who like solitude. Yes ! Finally got the room you’ve been dreaming of!

Whether it’s because of college or work, wandering is a tough moment because you have to leave the house you’ve been living in with your family but it’s also the time when you can finally get your ‘space’.

It’s not just about the actual room, but suddenly the previously imagined freedom becomes a reality. You can focus on doing what you love without being distracted and be alone when needed.

5. Marriage is also a reason when privacy is finally obtained, as long as you marry the right person~

Some only get their room when the older siblings are married and finally get the inheritance room. There are also those who find their own space when they are married. It’s true that when a couple gets married, they usually share a room, but when the couple is working or traveling, some people finally get the moment to reflect and take care of themselves.

6. Apparently many people still fail to get their privacy at home because for years they still have to share rooms

For some people, maybe a room is a simple thing that is easy to get but for others this room is a luxury thing that is still kept as a wishful thinking. Some have had to hold it in until the age of 21, 25, even 28 to have a place to just cry.

Just imagine when you don’t have your own space, finally all the sadness that should have spilled in the form of crying is actually held back and ends up being stifled for a long time.

So it’s not surprising that many think of living in a boarding house, even though the actual place of study or work is not that far away for reasons of privacy.

If you are currently feeling the latter, then be patient, yes, there will definitely be a time where you can have your space. If you really need time to yourself, maybe you can occasionally go away from other people, such as going to the library or to a quiet city park.
