A Native American leader goes to the Doctor and he says: “Big Chief, no fart”.
The Doctor performs an exam and checks him out and then gives him a prescription saying, “Take one of these this evening with a large glass of water, that should sort things out”.
However, the next day the Chief returns. “Big Chief, no fart”.
So the doctor doubles the dose and sends him on his way.
The following day the Chief is back once again “Big Chief, still no fart!”
So this time the Doctor instructs him to take the entire damn bottle.
The next day, three of the tribesmen are waiting for the Doctor when he arrives at work. “Big fart, no Chief”
