A woman who cares a lot about her appearance underwent rhinoplasty to reshape her nose.
Immediately after the operation the surgeon asks her if she is satisfied with the result.
“So what do you think of her lady’s new nose?” the surgeon asks
The woman, looking in the mirror, seems happy, but not entirely:
“I like it, it’s exactly how I wanted it… Only now I’d like to enlarge my eyes.
I think they look better with the nose, is it possible? “
“Of course!” the doctor then calls the nurse and says: “Sara, show the lady the bill!”
