A pet shop goes bankrupt and the animals are auctioned off.
A man then participates in an auction to buy a splendid parrot with colored feathers.
He makes an offer, but every time someone raises and the price keeps going up.
However, he eventually manages to buy it.
He goes out and immediately doubts that the parrot can’t speak, so he goes back and asks the seller:
“Excuse me, but are you sure the parrot can speak?”
The parrot giggles and says: “Who do you think made all those offers?!”
